From storing documents to managing with evidence

Information was spread across systems, folders, mailboxes, advisers and suppliers. The documents were available somewhere, but it was not immediately clear whether a dossier was complete and up to date.

Alongside the existing management environment

Naxerio does not replace the financial or administrative property management environment. FRIS uses it to manage the technical information of its buildings, alongside the systems that were already in place.

Up to date as obligations change

Laws and regulations change, and obligations expire. Naxerio shows which actions are needed and which documentation is missing, which makes conversations about status more factual.

A dossier that keeps its value at handover

Because documentation, obligations and maintenance are built up together, a near-complete technical data room emerges over time. Valuable in day-to-day operations, and at handover or sale.
