About Naxerio
We build Naxerio for the people who manage the technical side of buildings.
Property managers, owners and owners' association managers have plenty of information, but little overview. We bring that information together per building, so you spend less time searching and can act in time.
Our story
Naxerio grew out of everyday practice. Our founders combine years of experience in asset management and technical property management with knowledge of technology and AI. In that work, we kept running into the same challenge: technical information scattered across Excel files, folders, mailboxes and different systems. The result was a lot of searching, unnecessary admin and limited overview.
There had to be a smarter way.
That is why we are building Naxerio. One central place where buildings, building systems, compliance, maintenance, documents and responsibilities come together. From acquisition and takeover to day-to-day management and handover. With smart AI support that takes work off your hands, while the property professional stays in control.
Our strength lies in combining specialist property knowledge with flexible technology. We understand how property management works in practice and leave room for customization where processes call for it. Naxerio does not replace existing ERP and financial systems; it complements them. We actively seek out partnerships with other software providers to connect information and processes more effectively.
